All the projects of Sai raj construction is big scam done by Hanumant pandurang chavhan. Me and my friends have invested in one of his under construction project named as sai raj niwara in the year 2014 which is located in derivali villege , panvel . He has taken lakhs of rupees from us in in the name of down payment and before doing registration he ran away . And his office in vashi is also closed and he is not picking up the calls. now when we went there to see the current situation one man has came to us and said that he is going to demolish the building which is under construction . According to him the agreement between him and builder is time laps and now he is going to handover that place to another builder for further construction.
