I have given resign in this organisation on 13/03/2013 with 1 month notice then i went out of India for complete the project work. After coming from out of India on 12/04/2013 again i went to office for completion of pending works but not a good response from existing organisation. And they are forcing me to stay another 3-4 months which i am not interested. So up to 23/04/2013 i am on duty but no reliver has given to me. So i have stopped to go at office from 25/04/2013 and whatever the things are with me i have submitted officially. Again after that i have put mail for settlement as well make phone calls but not a proper responance. And till today my full & final settlement was not done for Salary / diwali bonus / Increment difference / forgen expense’s / leave encashments / LTA. Even after reliving also i had helped for some queries as a proffesional person.
