Dr. Kamal Sharma has admitted my father for an angiography.
The hospital was to receive us at nine in the morning. We have not heard anything as of 2:12 p.m.
I had to wait for them to respond when I called the ICU reception on the second floor because they were giggling and jiggling on the phone.
The person’s name is Kiran (very unprofessional), and she called someone to inquire about the situation. I am confident that the information she relayed to me was incorrect.
She lied to my face by claiming that she called and nobody answered. As I am unable to write the entire scene, I would like to receive a call.
I also want Kiran to be the subject of an investigation and a formal inquiry.
