I brought a power bank of Philips of 25000 mah for Rs 599 from salenshop which they have replaced by intex power bank which is not working at all .It is also used and defective . I want that my money should be refunded

Please informed salenshop for pic up his useless product and return my 500₹
If thay are not responding i want to go in consumer forum and it is create very difficulties for him.
