i had received yesterday from Ecom express courier the Nokia cell phone model is c5 but this phone volume key is not at all working and touch screen also not working properly along with that u have given local charger and there is no head phone also with it.
totaly i had payed Rs.1400/- really m unhappy with your service u r making fool us showing this dummy cell phones. i just want to return this cell phone either replace it ASAP. otherwise m gonna give police complaint on u.
