i have ordered 2 philips power bank of 32000 MAH in Rs 1740 i e 1690+50 shipping charges.But Today i received Nokia mobile + wireless headphone instead of Powerbanks .Requested to refund my amount and also tell me the return process.Deatils mentioned below

salesshop.biz is fraud company. Ordered power bank, but they sent useless bluetooth speaker.
I have bought a powerbank ,but it is not working..
It is totally out of order…
Do something in this regard,as soon as possible…..
