I ordered 7 days ago and still haven’t got any shipping information. Order number is 31887
I have tried multiple times to call the company but I get the message that the call is being forwarded to another number and then it disconnects. I cannot find any instagram, facebook, twitter or social media presence to get help.
Even worse is that they have not replied to 5+ emails I have sent them following up on this and it is really scary that they are allowed to take money like this and without being able to contact them. I have informed them that I am reporting them and still I have no response from them over a week after placing the order.
One of the email addresses mentioned on their site ([email protected]) doesn’t even work! I have no way to follow up, check them out or even get my money back
This company is a scam and they are not legitimate, I have had all my money stolen. Please find these guys and get my refund!
