I am to victim of same situatin, booked a flat with samiah internatinal Builders Pvt. Ltd at their project in Garden City, Hapur in the year 2010 (now that was cloased totally), but at that time no further updates, no commitments, no hope for flat or no hope for our refund which is around seven lakhs…So, pleae can we join together for handel this situation and get back our prcious money..
