I have booked a flat in february 2014 from samiah international builders at rudrapur. Name of project-gulmohar 5.
As per commitment of builder i will get possession after 3-4 years.
I have paid ₹ 380000=00 to builder.
But not received possession till may 2018.
Then i have asked them to cancel the flat and return my all payment with interest by several mails.
I have also send letter via speed post which they deny to accept and return back letter to me.
I am waiting till time for my hard earned money.
Pl help me to get my money.

Same is the story with me same period I have paid 380000 but now samiah group dont listens nor responds to mails
Same scenario occur with me also I paid around 3.87 lakh for gulmohar 5 to builder but the construction has not started yet what ways we get out refund from builder
