I had purchased a smart phone of smasung -galaxy note 2 (GT N7100) in july 2013 for Rs. 37500/
Few days back on 13 june 2014 screen of the phone got damaged by just falling from the height of about 1.5 fts. which question marks on the product quality of such a high end gadget.
I showed the mobile to one of the samsung’s service centre complaining about the issue but no one took pain to listen my verbatim, refused to cover under warranty(although it is under warranty) on sake of physical damage and asked me for Rs. 7500/- to get it repaired. Then I contacted the customer care of samsung and again explained them about the issue. I was asked again to get it inspected by the service center and contact them from their only but the result was same as they denied to repair it under warranty.
I am ridiculously dissatisfied with their response and product quality and feel cheated by such a prestigious company.
