Hello all,
Please read this message till the end before you step in to v-san infrastructure pvt ltd.
Back in sept 2015, i got a call from one of the sancity executive [employee no. 752] for the investment plan. He explained a 3year return investment plan (Buyback plan) by showing “kaveri project” located at bilekere, hunsur, mysore.
That time i was not ready to wait for 3 long years for my returns, so i denied, but he explained a different project of a two year buyback plan which is a “disha project” located near kumbalagodu, kengeri, bangalore.
Since this is a two year plan and project is located at bangalore (Near kengeri), i decided to invest by hoping, even if something goes wrong i would get a 20 x 30 site at bangalore.
In october 2015, i made a payment of rs 6, 00, 000 on promising a return payment of rs 12, 00, 000 after completion of two years from the date of agreement, but a week later the same executive called me and asked me to pay additional rs 20, 000 for the administration charges, and he explained, if this amount is not paid, then there will be a reduction of rs 40, 000 in final settlement amount. To avoid that, i paid the administration charges as well (6, 00, 000+20, 000).
By providing some administrative excuses, they finally prepared an agreement on nov 28 2015 (A month later, after my payment) by mentioning a maturity date of 29-oct-2017.
Somehow everything went smooth up to this level, but the actual problem started after the maturity period.
When i surrender my original agreement, they asked for two months period to settle the amount since there was a it raid on sancity.
After two month when i went to their office they asked for three months more and now they have a different excuse “due to demonetization we reached a very low cash flow and not possible to make that huge payment now” so they asked me to wait for another 3 months.
Then i asked for same site registration which is mentioned in my agreement, now the actual facts are came out from the executive that is “a land litigation case against disha project”.
After this incident whenever i go to sancity office (Malleshwaram) i use to speak with other customers and they keep explain about their situations and since how long they were approaching these executives either for cancellation or for the payment after maturity and what was the response they are getting from sancity executives/management.
Feedbacks i receive from few customers and my situation as well.
Once you surrender your agreement after maturity, they never pick your call.
None of the executives are ready to communicate at office, they keep blaming on one another.
They always try to convince for site registration at any of their current/ongoing projects.
Most of the customers are choose to go for site registration, just because to get the basic capital they have invested. But if you visit the site and did a proper enquire at surrounding, you will be realize, half of your base capital is enough to register the site at that location but since you already paid the amount two/three years back and now hoping it is doubled but you have no other option except registration you become a buying customer to sancity developers.
At each and every level they are trapping you just by explaining a “mega offer”.
