Sanchaya Land & Estate Pvt Ltd — Loan account gone to npa status as no pre emi interest paid by builder

Hello Sir,
Pre EMI is not paid from last 12 months, 3 cheque were given to me but all got bounced. Due to non dispersal of PRE EMI (as promised by builder), which builder promised to pay till possession, my loan account went to NPA status and my CIBIL score is hurt badly. Project also is delayed by 12 – 18 months. Even they are not picking calls also. Totally depressed with the situation i am in.
