Illegal offer of possession without oc/cc is being openly offered by builder in project sanskriti, gh-10, sector-1, g. Noida. Builder pressurized to its allottee to accept it and make full payment and threatened with cancellation of flat, in case if any one go to rera or court for legal help. Builder offered possession of its incompleted project, which is not leviable in conditions. Some buyers accept possession infear of cancellation and start living there but those who reject their offer of possession without oc/cc of authority receiving regularly threating calls from builder and message of charging interest on due amount. So, kindly take action against errant builder and help us feared buyer.
