Santa Monica Study Abroad
I visit santa monica trivandrum branch on 15th jan 2022 for a study abroad guidance. I got a lady named Athira (system no: 6 on that day) as my counsellor. Me and my husband had our seat and after having a short look at my details she started questioning on us like why i choose this subject, why shouldn’t i go for other courses and all. A good counsellor should be always positive and should give a positive impact on her clients sitting before her. But in our case we got a very disappointing counsellor who discourages us. At the end she fixed a course and told us that she will mail the further details to us on monday (17th jan 2022) and today is 24th jan 2022 and till now i haven’t got any details on my email or any followups from Santa Monica trivandrum branch. Please do the needfull at the earliest.
