Hello,
My complaint is against Saraswati Motors, Rasta Peth, Pune.
I went through a website to buy a second hand bike on emi. From there I found CBZ xtreme bike of 2012 model with good condition, so i booked an appointment for test ride. The website name was credr.com and the name of the dealer/shop from where I took a test ride is Saraswati Motors, Rasta Peth, Pune. I rode the bike I was impressed so made a phone calls with few lenders for loan and I made a payment of Rs. 2000/- to the saraswati Motors as a booking where the owner didn’t mentioned that the amount is non refundable it shows lack of transperancy also he refused for a receipt and handed me handwritten bill on the backside of his visiting card, then also I trusted him because i was confident about the lenders and i informed the owner that it will take 2 days for loan process but unfortunately the loan department demanded higher amount of down payment which at that time it was not affordable for me. So today I called the Saraswati Motors to inform that they can look for the another customer for the bike, they no need to wait and humbly requested the owner to please refund the Amt of Rs.2000/- as I am not that much strong financially, after this request he rudely and arrogantly denied to refund also he used bad words and abused me. I want nothing but my money. I request you people help me get my money back.

I am Sushil kumar, I am regular customer of saraswati automobile Faridabad with Service of Maruti swift, recently my car AC is not working perfectly so I visited Saraswati automobiles then they first told me that Condensor to be changed and changed that,but not satisfactory
after few days they told that cooling coils to be clean with open dashboard and Clean the coils, but not satisfactory
Again they told that the coil sensor will be change at last I told them to change this also
Each and every time the are taking full cost of parts but not satisfactory results.
My question is to Maruti Customer service that How you are giving authorisation to These agencies.
Considering these kind of Service This will be the last visit to saraswati automobiles.
