This photograph is clicked by me today at 16:45 hours from the kitchen of my balcony on 2nd floor of Maheshwari Mansion at 34 Nepean Sea Road in South Mumbai. The area above the underground water tank and the water pump room on the rear side of the building Maheshwari Mansion at 34 Nepean Sea Road in South Mumbai are being misused. There are eight garages and a toilet in the building on the rear side. The water pump room is also situated in the the same area of the building on the rear side. Saraswatibai Bishwambharlal Charity Trust, BEST Undertaking, Brihan Mumbai Mahanagarpalika – `D’ Ward and the officers issuing ration cards, voters’ identity cards, telephone lines, vehicle licences and aadhar cards are all in collusion and connivance and should be held responsible for this illegal construction in the building compound above the underground water tank which is the cause of noise pollution and water pollution in the building Maheshwari Mansionm where I am residing since my birth. Action should be taken against all the above mentioned persons and authorities for endangering human life and property in the prime and posh locality on Nepean Sea Road in Mumbai.
