Sare Homes — Cancellation update on H5103/chennai/cresent parc

I have applied for the cancellation for my flat a year ago and still not recieve the cheque yet, when calling the customer care they do not reply properly, and only update is it is in progress. how long it is being in progress. when i call up the chennai facility they say it is head office who have to provide the cheque, why is it taking this much time to provide the cheque, i am paying my EMI of rs.12000 per month on this regards, where it is almost 1.2 lakhs already went on for that, what is the solution Sare admin is going to provide me? being a good reputation i didnot expect sare doing like this. worse customer relation.
