Hello all,

My name is vikas kumar. I bought a flat in springview heights ghaziabad.
Flat number is c0201.
I bought this home under subvention plan and as per the sare commitment i have not been paid any emi until i get the possession of my flat.

As per the sare commitment the flat should be delivered to me on august 2017 but somehow the construction has not been completed.
And sare gave me new date of possession which is dec 2018.

As the sare home and hdfc bank loan agreement has not been extended.
So the pemi (Rs. 19563) has been deducted from my account on 5th sept 2017.

I got the mail from sare team to upload the documents to transfer the money into my bank account. That has been provided to sare on 25th august.

I am following up with sare ghaziabad and calling sare customer care number and dropped multiple mails regarding but could not get any satisfy answers.

Now when i followed with sare team they told me they don’t have the tentative date when sare transferred the pemi into my account.

The second installment date 5th oct is near and i am not in position to pay this big amount (Rs. 20, 000) this time.

I need a strong favor from sare home to get the pemi into my account before every 5th date of every month so that i wont be worried about the money.

I invested on sare homes only their trust values and i am still having trust on sare homes.

Kindly make my trust on sare group and transparent of every thing.
