Sare Homes — Poor quality and no response

I had complaint last week about poor services and in fact I had mentioned the incidents with direct name of your executive about poor behavior where I was informed that someone responsible would contact me and sort out all the issues however after so many days when nothing is heard should I understand it as pure lip service and nothing else. During 1st complaint the number which was given here, Priyanka (operator who received the call), mentioned that That is just customer care and for any assistance I need to request Mr. Beer Singh Chauhan, the person behind all the problems.
