Dear Sir,

Subject: Regarding receiving a dead phone.

I bought a mobile phone from Sastaprices.com. What i received was a dead phone which was completely out of order. I paid INR 800 for it. I want you to take action on this particular site and probably close it down.
This website is not at all a genuine website. It sells outdated, dead products in the name of cheap prices. I hope you do the needful.
