To whomsoever it may concern,
I joined these particular real estate developers viz. Satra Property Developers Pvt. Ltd . as a Jr. Architect in June 2013 . I had always been on good terms with management and was also appreciated for my work time and again. During my tenure here , the company policy had always been to give salaries close very late almost 2 months late most times. I informed the company in the month of February 2014 that I would be resigning in March end and would complete my handover process till April end , 2014 since, I am getting married and relocating abroad. In the first week of April they asked what my plans were in spite of me informing them prior about my plans time and again. On this they asked me to resign immediately and I was asked to leave the company that weekend itself. I was asked to fill the exit form and when asked about the other paper work such as the relieving letters and experience certificate , they said that I would get it by the end of the month. I have yet not received it. Also , I have yet not received my full and final payment which they say would take at least 6 months. Since, I am leaving the country I require these documents and money too. They are not giving any clear cut assurance as to when they would be completing these formalities . I have mailed them several times and tried calling the HR Manager but they ignore my calls. Kindly , please look into the case at the earliest.
