This is to inform you that we had placed the order of the (data cable, earphone, one set sock ,LED light & USB fan) vide order Number 080467773653477-1. Today on 7th June received the box on damage condition when I had open the same we found ear phone (very poor quality & damage condition), 1 pair of socks very poor quality, USB Light, Data cable (again very poor quality) and not found the USB Fan in the box.

I am really very much surprised and shocked, I never expect this type of issues comes when purchased the material online form bookmyoffer.com.

For your kind information, we had purchased many of the equipments/items through online, via Jabong, ebay, amazon etc and my experience with these company is very good.

Request you to kindly lookin the matter seriously and take relevant action on urgent basis.

Also request you to kindly process the same for refund as earlier as possible.
