Dear Sir,

This complaint is regarding online shopping site www.bookmyoffer.com. On their website they are selling Ray Ban aviator sun glasses with 88% discount and selling it at Rs. 898/- and saying it original product. I have purchased the same product with Order No. 080467797073602 and when I opened it, it is fake product. Now my complaint is that the product they are sending is totally fake product without any Tax Invoice. And also there compliant department and customer care no. is not working. I request you to please take some serious action against them so that these frauds doesn’t pop-up and ditch the people.
