I have ordered Mont blanc pen for rs 4889.00 as part of Xmas sale
I have recd some other pen with fake casing, clearly spurious product.
Being promised for replacement after reversal if product, but even after 4 days no one has showed up.
Customer representative on call was not very promising in response.

While I await the culmination of this painful experience, I really request fellow showers to not fall for sleak advertising or big discount promises.
