I had worked for savh Technology, Pune (www.savh.in) as a software developer from date 9 sept 2011 to date 25 April 2012. I was not paid last three month salary after requesting many times. I completly deny to the fact. Might be that time when miss Sujata was working, the company might have some difficult situations but as in all the employer Mr. Abhijeet Dhanraj takes good care of his employer.
The company ensures that every employee gets right working exposure. Many people couldn’t stay with the company sAvh Technologies because of its rule. The company has a very clear & justfied business rule… you work & then you get paid. if any employee doesnt works well, why should he/she be paid, rather the candidate should be asked to move out from the company & seek some other company who can take care of him/her.
i have done my internship & now im working her for past 1 & half year. Moreover Miss Sujata, i have known about you that your track record in this company was very bad…. you had many absentism.
Guys kindly don’t listen to these false allegations, there are always such employee who would blame the company & the employer because of their non-performance at work
