On Instagram there is account named best.buy.electronics. He promised me to give custom mobile s9 at cheaper rate of 22000.he gave me his account number of sbi bank to transfer money. I transfer 11000.he shipped some parcel on cod. Said me to collect it and give cash. But now he is cheating and saying dont collect it. Its a scam. His number is +91 72768 41384.
