I dont like the product.also u mention that there is offer of 399 return on product but i dont get any return .so i want to return my product

i ordered for a belt and i recieved the item 3 days ago on 16/01/2019 order no 181762. the belt is good but very loose on my stomach so same day i request to return the product but still today 18/01/2019 no body contact from the company, please contact me.

I have placed order no. 157579 on 16/12/2018.The item has not been shipped even after 10 days today. I fear it is a bogus firm. Am writing an FIR shortly.
