The complaint is against the builder/owner of property no-e-229 east of kailash under construction and a blatant flouting of rules and laws to construct the building.
1-all the construction is being done without proper approvals and far available.
2-illegal boring of water has been done and supreme court guidelines flouted.
3- all the construction is being done in open and dust and sand coming into neighboring houses.
4- illegal poles have been fitted on pavement/govt pedestrian walk area and being illegally occupying the road along making it hazardous and dangerous for civilians.

This illegal way of construction needs to be stopped immediately and action against the errant builders / owners need to be taken immediately.
