Dear sir,
i placed the order of CCTV Hikvision housing on 12/28/17 order no: 100001976, after 5 days i received the call from them regarding they don’t provide the glass of the housing they said the housing didn’t come with glass, after i contact the prama Hikvision they said all housing glass come with company no need to fix manual. I understand they lied 2 me, i wanted them 2 cancel the order but upto now they didn’t give the payment, i received the msg on 13 jan they wanted my bank details to refund the payment, but upto now they didn’t pay the payment… he looks like not genuine
