Through facebook I have order 4 designer kurthis (011-L, 012-L, 003-XXL & 012-XXL) from Trivia a total of Rs 1823.68 which i have paid through cash on delivery. The product was delayed for the delivery & when it delivered it wasnt the product i have order. I have received 3 sets of garments ( pink, yellow & maroon) & low quality material that i have not yet opened from the cover & these kinds of dresses will not be ordered by anybody that much low quality material. In the billing it is clearly mentioned the product which i have order but failed to receive the same. Even i have not yet received any messages from the Trivia. I have tried to return this product, for that i have tried contacting Trivia through the contact no they have provided in the bill, but failed. This is the first time i am ordering dresses from online & that gone wrong.Reference ID: 204065, order ID: 3026337, tracking ID: 1605111817561, order date: 06/05/2018 & receiving date: 9/06/2018.
