I was alotted plot no.104 in shalimar estate naggal/alipur scheme in 2001 i have paid all the instalments except last one till date there is no communication from the company .I have visited the company several times but no proper response.What are the reasons and how long it will take subhash gupta house no. 24 raja park ambala cantt 09416794920 and 09996020324
