I want to complain against SHANKARI MEDICAL HALL, Address -ASWININAGAR,BAGUIATI,KOLKATA -700059.
I am DHANESH CHANDRA ROY, my address is DE-215, Narayantala(East), Baguiati,Kolkata-700059
I have a complaint about a pharmacist shop who sold me wrong syringe for insulin.
I was prescribed Lantus iu100 insulin with a measurement of 32 units.The pharmacist sold me u40 syringe instead of u100 syringe.Using u40 syringe my condition got worsened and I had to get admitted in hospital.Dr.Sujoy Ghosh of AMRI Diabetics,Dhakuria confirmed the syringe used was wrong.
After few day I had gone to the shop and said they have given wrong syringe according to my insulin but they made rude behaviour and the proprietor Ananda Saha said injecting with u40 syringe of 32units is the same quantity as of 32 units in u100 syringe and they said they made no wrong.
Sir,
Please look after this matter as a patient might be dead as they don’t even have the proper knowledge ,and they are dealing with life.
