Brought this product from DCC Sharaf DG in April 2017 and having extended warrenty(paid AED 199 extra) till April 2018.however PC stopped working in 1 year 3 years wher it was under warrenty.We have given it to them to check on 16th June 2017 and after a week I got a call saying that mother board corrosion and need replacement costs AED 850 and it was due to water or oil spill.which is not covered under warrenty.Tried many ways to convince that there is no possibility of it but still returned unrepaired.Yesterday taken to a service centre in burdubai and without opening it the technician told me that the RAM may be got defect and while opening it was true and replaced it paying only 240 AED including the service and PC is back to normal.Highly disappointed due to this issue for not providing us support for being 10 years old customer.
