Hi sir,

I d like to bring your attention for what happened with me in the store today.

The sales is presented wrong information for vacume and let me to bought it and after 2 days I got right information from ace store sales about the product.
Once I asked to return the product after 2 days from date of purchase for wrong information he denied and said I need box for refund and I don’t have it for huge size.
Please advice and take action before I start to take another way.
This is not expected from trusted store like Sharaf Dg.
