My account was frozen and I was blocked by my telegram manager. I was assigned to a new manager. I told them I want my money back that is frozen and they said that it is impossible and then later I was referred to someone called Nandi Palesa and I explained my situation to her and she said that it is not a problem and that she will help me. Going back and forth she said that I should add a new account since mine was frozen, in order for me to get my money back and then I opened a new account and then it all started again that I should first deposit money into the new account to activate it. I then go transferred to a new manager which loaded more tasks and he said that it is impossible for me to get my money back. I am furios because it was false and misleading and now I have 2 accounts with frozen money. I want a refund on both accounts please.

Same here invested R8000.00 can get my money all money deposited to Capitec Bank Accounts wierd enough that capitec Bamk doesnt do anything.
Still waiting for my money they forcing you to borrow and pay.
Shein also none responsive.
