Shein Mall platform – Frozen funds on platform account

I saw in ad while looking for a job on the internet on the 30th of December 2023 and after clicking the link I was redirected to a WhatsApp number (+27) 79 547 5060 that I had to text which gave me a link to register on the Shein Mall platform and connected me with a trainer. Communication was later redirected to Telegram with a trainer (username: @luna0230) who would teach me how making the most on the app as a part-time worker.

(all transactions were done on the 30th of December 2023) The required deposit to start and account was R100 and you get a deposit bonus of R50 and completed the first order to make a commission of R30, and was able to make a successful withdrawal. after the trainer will send a message stating and I quote “We have 5 mission levels, each level contains 4 orders for a toal of 16 items. Each level corresponds to a corresponding commission.”

Level 1 order: deposit R500, merchant reward R400, total balance R900. Order Commision R200, total withdrawal R1100 (hence they all say the same thing level one will be our base for my explanation on this article word for word, use format for following numbers)
Level2: R900, R500, R1400, R400, R1800
Level 3: 1650, 750, 2400, 800, 3200
Level 4: 2500, 900, 3400, 800, 4550
Level 5: 5000, 2350, 7350, 3650, 11000

Once you’ve completed the deposit that’s when the orders start requiring money that is far greater than your account balance, trainer will try and convince you to deposit as it usually requires more money on the 15th and 16th order and they will tell you it’s only because of the bonus that the order has increased in value which will in turn increase the amount of commission you will end up making once you complete the order and you will only be able to make a withdrawal once the order is complete. I’ve since let the last order as frozen, taking screenshots of the platform and account number I had made the deposit into when starting the orders. When I pleased with the trainer to make a plan for me so that I can make a withdrawal the trainer stated the platform cannot interfere too much in terms of assisting financially but they are willing to give me an interest free loan (almost half the amount of the final order) which will be deducted from the commission I will make from the final order, but I have to make a deposit for the rest of the funds in order to be able to make a withdrawal. I would like to request a refund of the money I have invested.
