I was required to deposit R100 on this site to promote products and complete tasks for merchants that offer commissions. After making the deposit, I received a commission of R180 after finishing the first task. However, they kept asking for more money, eventually consuming my entire salary. They don’t allow withdrawals of the commissions earned until all tasks are completed, but many people can’t afford the exorbitant amounts needed to continue.
Now, I find myself with no salary left, and they refuse to issue a refund. The woman who guides you through the process suggests seeking help from family and friends for over R3000 to keep completing tasks. I have a family to support, and all my income is gone. I cannot afford the amount needed to complete my order and retrieve my commission.
I spoke with the woman assisting me about my situation, but she has been unhelpful in getting my money back. Despite explaining my family emergency, she continues to mention frozen items, even though I’ve made it clear that I currently lack the funds. I urgently need to withdraw the balance in my account and close it since it seems I will only incur further losses if I stay on this platform.
I hope my complaint will be taken seriously. I would like a refund because I exhausted all my savings believing I would earn them back through commissions. It now appears that continuing will only lead to more losses. The woman assisting me is named Melissa, and I will attach a screenshot of her Telegram account below.
