Dear Sir, I have bought 2 plots in Pole Star City Kanpur…I have already paid 75% amount and now asking them for Registry and Full Payment…but they are not replying anything…They are just asking to deposit the full money and then after 60-90 days they will give registry..i am telling them bring me the copy of registry papers let me check and then only ..i will pay u…how can i pay without seeing the papers..now they are keep quiet…looks like they don’t want to give reigstry only collecting money by EMI or any other ways…Be careful with this company..and should make the legal pressure on this company for giving registry of lands…
