Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Rajendra Kumar. I registered on shine.com a few weeks back. I received a call on “31st Jan 2022” wherein I was told that my profile is selected for high salary jobs in India and the Middle East and in order to process further they have a nominal charge (3552/-).
I thought it to be genuine and I paid the amount thinking that it is required to avail the job offer. Then he started flattering about the services offered by them, wherein he said they will assign a dedicated Personal Assistant for me who will closely work with me to help me to get the job with a few paid services and I don’t have to pay further
So I paid Rs 3552/- and then he said, the assigned Personal Assistant will call me to get the information about my job requirement and help me to find a job accordingly as per my preference.
After a few minutes, “Vicky Goyal”( Personal Assistant) called me from Mobile at 11:32 am IST and initially asked my job preference and post 20 minutes discussion.
He told me in order to avail myself a good job, I would have to get 2- services (2nd and 3rd payment )
I paid the 2nd payment of Rs. 9939/- and I told them that I don’t want to pay any further but he said these services are a must to get a job. He further added, if I don’t avail another one then the previous services (1st and 2nd payment) I bought would have no meaning and will get “forfeit”. So reluctantly and in compulsion, I completed the 3rd payment of Rs. 14523/-
But by the end of 3rd payment, I understood there is something fishy and asked “Vicky Goyal” for a refund but he denied it. Below are the payment details I made to Shine.com:- Total amount Rs. 28,014/-
First Payment:- Rs 3552/- (Product- Application Highlighter & International Profile update)
Second payment:- Rs. 9939/- (Product- International Resume for Experienced Professionals & Education Verification Plus Package)
Third Payment:- Rs. 14523.01/- (Product- Job Profile Verification plus package, LinkedIn Profile Summary- Super Express, Interviewing and Hiring Test)
I would really appreciate and be thankful to you if you could help me get my refund for the full amount of Rs. 28,014/- from Shine.com at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any other details or information from my side.
