My name is Baburaj Kandasamy ,I registered on shine.com few weeks back through linkedln. I received a call from Shine.com on “21-July-2022” and she transfered the call one of the representative, wherein he explained me about Paid services of shine.com with Nominal price of Rs.3657/- and this for security purpose,
Initially I showed no interest but then he started flattering about the services offered by them, wherein he said they will assign a dedicated “Relationship Manager” for me and he will closely work with me to help me to get new Job within few months with this nominal fees only and i don’t have to make any further payment.
So, i paid this Rs.3657/- and then he said they will assign a Relationship Manager and he will call me to get more information about my Job requirement and will help me to find job accordingly as per my preference soon.
same day , Shine.com Relationship Manager called me from Mobile number on “21-July-2022” and initially he asked me about my Job preference and etc.. aroung 15 minutes discussion,
He told me to activate the services you have to pay Rs.5320.70/- at one time and he convinced me such way to pay this amount.
After he told me you can see another invoice in you mailbox, if you pay then only the previous service will enabled in order to avail good Job, i would have to get 2 services(2nd & 3rd payment mentioned below) of Rs.5320.70 and Rs. 11002.14/- and i would get service from excellent shine.com for lifetime. So, with hesitance,
I paid next 2 payments as he said this is last payment and they will ask for no further payment but post this he again said i would have to avail another service (4th payment mentioned below) by paying 17592.57/- then i told this so wrong and you said always this is last but sending me the new invoice and making scare. he simply say pay Sir you will get a good job otherwise you will lose the previous service.
I asked him to refund, but he simple say no refund then I made 4th payment as well but post that again they asked me to avail another service for Rs.25393.26/-(Fifth Payment mentioned below), I asked you siad 4th one last but you are again forcing to pay, he again saing this is last.
I made 5th payment as well but post that again they asked me to avail another service for Rs.34466.01/-(Sixth Payment mentioned below), to which i denied as this time i understood something fishy here.
So, I said not ready to pay kindly refund the mony, to which they denied and said there is not refund system in shine.
Below are payment i made to shine.com :-Total amount i paid is Rs.62965.67/-
First payment (Paid) –> Rs.3657/- (Product :- Application Booster Package)
Second payment (Paid) –> Rs.5320.70/- (Product :- Education Verification Plus Package) – Transaction ID: IN20220721_[Protected]_[Protected]
Third payment (Paid) –> Rs.11002.14/- (Product :- Job Profile Verification Plus Package) – Transaction ID: IN20220721_[Protected]_[Protected]
Fourth payment (Paid) –> Rs.17592.57 /- (Product :- Executive Level Resume Writing Service & Professional Summary) – Transaction ID: IN20220721_[Protected]_[Protected]
Fifth payment (Paid) –> Rs.25393.26 /- (Product :- Jobs on the Move: 180 Days)Transaction ID: IN20220721_[Protected]_[Protected]
Sixth payment (I denied as understood something fishy here for the Product :- Job and Interview Assistance, Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling and Linkedin Profile Summary- Super Express)–> Rs.34466.01/- (Product :-Jobs on the Move: 180 Days) –
I would really appreciate and be thankful to you, if you could help me get my full amount refund “Rs.62965.67” from Shine.com at the earliest. Please let me know ,if you need any other details or information from my side.
