Hi sir my name is rakhi. I have ordered boat bluetooth headset combo of ₹1699through the shiprocket website. Order ID is AW4399 dated 07 Feb 2022. The delivery was done on 13 Feb 22.When I opened the box I got the wrong item other than i ordered and the item which delivered is of ₹750. It is very embracing experience for me. I hope you will understand my feelings and take necessary action for replacements of the item or refund of my money by taking back the useless item which I got delivered. Please keep this in mind and take necessary care for avoid this type of mistakes in future.
