Sir/ma’am I have just received a damaged product delivered by Ekart Logistics Surface shipped by Super Deals and Shiprocket that I ordered few days ago. This is very disappointing to see the product and your poor services.

It costed my 1499/- RS to receive a damaged product. I tried to request a return and refund but there is no response from your side till now. Please do something about it or I will have to take some serious action.
