AWB SRTP6259383887 I got a package picked up by Flipkart’s E-cart through SHIPROCKET on 23rd April from Gurugram sector 23 for Dehradun , Uttrakhand. However, even after 20 days there was no delivery and in app it kept showing “IN-TRANSIT”. It was my first package through them from my label INDIGO AMOUR owned by me named Seema Chaudhary. They kept saying it is in transit , please wait, and after a few days they refunded my money for courier charges. I raised complaint in customer care mail and calling an executive who said it would be returned but no fixed date, please wait. After a month of waiting, one package was delivered to me on 26th May afernoon when i was not at home and out of station, my servant pawan kumar received the package. I came back on 29th and opened the package on 29th May home. It is neither my packaging, nor my printout of address, it is a totally new package, and inside is some cheap quality suit of not worth more than 500/-. My package had linen shirt, linen long dress and linen fabric of 80 cm and worth of designer wear pieces made in my studio is5000/-. Now i called customer care again at six o’clock in evening and they say, you have not raised a complaint about it in 72 hrs. i wrote a mail to support customer care of shiprocket on 29th MAY but it replied back to raise a ticket again. I just have to chase these people all the time for my lost package ? If their system has made a mistake, they should return my package of my brand or else they should refund my money.
