I ordered ( order no neckbreeze4383 dated 22 Jun 23) and recieved (26 Jun 23) the neck cooler at my home c/o singhal electricals street no 8 palam colony New Delhi 110045. However, the product is not of it was told. Hence i want to return, but no response from compony.
