I had schedule a package pick up on 5th June as the customer needed it urgently. The pick up executive came and picked it up on 5th. I checked the status of the package the very next day and saw it was still as ‘ package not picked up yet’ I found it a little strange but waited for some days and to my disappointment it still said package has not been picked up. I started calling Shiprocket’a customer service asking why it is not updated yet and when will it be or the better question is where is my package which was picked up. They asked me to provide the manifest. Manifest is supposed to be signed by the pick up boy when the package is being picked up so I send them the signed manifest by the pick up boy and emailed them like thrice since they asked me to provide again and again. They asked me to wait for 24hrs then 48hrs then 7pm. I had no solution to my problem and I always had to run after them to know the status of the my package. I even called the pick up boy asking where my package is and he gave me excuses like ‘server takes time to update’ or it’s in the warehouse what not. Server doesn’t take more then a day to update. I know this. I’ve been doing this business for a while now. I have called the customer service like 10 times now and all the customer representative give me the same answer that my problem will be resolve , to be patient and it will be updated within 24-48hrs but nothing happens. The customer is asking for her package and I have no answers to give. It’s only for Rs 350 but i as a business owner is answerable and this would be my loss if the package has not been retrieved. Even if the package is missing or stolen shiprocket should provide me with answers or a refund. It’s been mental torture for me and I’ve been really anxious about this for a while now. It’s almost a month and the package is still not retrieved. They only generate me a new ticket ID asking me to be patient while they investigate this matter and after that they close the ticket without any explaination. I’m honestly tired and I just need some answers and this has taken a toll on my mental being as I have hardly time to call again and again to know where my package is. Even after that I’ve shipped package from them and they have been delivered safe and sound to the customer. I don’t understand why this is happening and no answers have been provided. Pls help.
