I have ordered a high pressure pump through ship Streak via C.O.D. The delivered product was defective. The product was very costly (Rs. 1300). I have made several attempt to contact the company for refund . I understood that there is no open policy to company in this regard to address the problem. I am feeling frustrated and asking for any legal advise in this matter,
