Shiv shakti gas agency – subsidy not received (not deposited in bank)

my consumer number is 06161.Ihave already given the bank accountto gas agency&aadhar number.I have received the gas cylinder two times after 1 jan 2015. Subsidy was to be deposited in bank but unfortunately till today it has not been deposited. I requested this to the gas agency but they did not responded positively. pz look into the matter urgently.
