I have booked redmi note 4 on shopaaz.com and paid amount of rs. 12499/ through online payment. after few days they cancelled the order and intimated through sms that they will refund the money as they have cancelled the order due unavailability of item . Now seven days have been passed i neither got the refund nor able to contact them. Its fraudulent case .pls help me out
