I had booked my order on 5th May 2017 via order No.102706 product was Xiaomi Note 4 4GB 64GB for Rs.12499.

When i went through the chat mode on 11th May 2017 your executive asked to call 18030029549. Product is not available.

On 12th May 2017 they replied via mail stating that they would refund the amount in 7 days to may account.

Today it is 15 days past. i have still not received my refund of Rs.12,499/-
