Shopbia had advertised BoAt speakers at a very cheap rate. I paid the amount online through a company called RazorPay, which is what Shopbia uses. I have waited for more than a month. Their phone numbers do not work, neither does their email. So one cannot get in touch with them. But they seem to be cheating people in a very big way. Also, they gave an option for “quick delivery”, within 3 days, if one paid an extra fee of around 80 rupees, which I did. As I did not recieve the speakers, I have trying to contact both ShopBia and Razorpay, but of no avail. When one thinks about it, they must be cheating people in crores, and getting away with. I really don’t know if even their address is legitimate. If I need to put a case on them, it will cost me a lot, which I cannot afford. I guess everyone tries, and finally gives up because it i matter of only around Rs 800/-. One can even now check the net for Shopbia and see a wide range of products advertised. And if you put it on the shopping cart or wish list, they keep sending you messages to complete your sale. But if you try getting to customer care, or try sending them and email, it says that t=it dosen’t exist. I would be really grateful if somebody puts a stop to these cheaters and take the neccesary action. Thank you
